So after stuffing around with this for some time I did a system restore back to just after the windows 10 Upgrade was installed ie prior to any Windows Updates and installing any "new" Egistec Drivers. According to floc Egistec doesn't send fingerprintt driver to customers beacuse of legal issue with its OEM partners.
